1. What have you learned most over this quarantine?

I’ve learned it’s important to get dressed and put some makeup on in the morning even if I’m going to be inside all day . . .

2. What wellness practices are helping you through this time?

I do this series of overall stretches every day that can be done even if I’m not dressed in workout clothes. Since I find “exercise” boring, I can fit them in between other things I’m doing during the day. Also, walking up the stairs in my apartment building rather than taking the elevator!

3. What is the best self care advice you have received that you now incorporate in your routine?

There are actually two things. One is using a humidifier in my bedroom and the other is using a light therapy lamp for an hour in the morning while I’m at the computer.

4. Where in nature do you feel most centered?

I’m a city person. Can Grand Central Station at rush hour be called “nature”?

5. What hair/skincare products have changed your life at this moment?

Glamglo Dreamduo Overnight Transforming Secret and Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. Like they say, they “turn back the hands of time”.

6. What music are you enjoying right now?

I’m into Mexican music from the 1940s and 1950s – Cantinflas, Jorge Negrete, Pedro Infante and Beny More, Trio Los Panchos, and Les Tres Reyes! When I have time I love to watch the YouTube videos, most of these guys were big movie stars and clips of the music from the movies they came from are really great.

Travel . . .

10. How do you nurture your self esteem?
